Fund Raisers

Saturday, May 30, 2009

Fund raising is a must for many organizations and there are many more items available to sell for profit now than when I was in school. It was always lollipops, candy bars and the Fall catalog with candles and Christmas cookie tins.

Did you know that as an Avon representative I can assist you in organizing an Avon fund raiser? Avon has designed several fund raising flyers with color pictures and detailed information on the front side, while the back is set up for the fund raising participant to track every order.

The flyers to choose from have the usual Avon products from makeup and lotion, to bath essentials and foot care. Another flyer is to raise money for hurricane victims, another for cancer, one to send supplies to our troops and still another more generalized fundraiser selling a teddy bear to raise money for your worthy cause.

Do you belong to or know an organization, school or church that needs to RAISE MONEY?
Try Avon fund raising.

You will have your products in as little as 3 weeks
You will have Avon's money-back guarantee
Choose from a variety of brochures

Contact me to schedule your fund raiser today!

Have a great week, Happy Shopping!

Blog Launch

Tuesday, May 26, 2009

Avon is allowing me to have a blog on my site to bring you news and updates about various products and skin care. It surprised me really, because I have a full time job and family to raise so I found out a week before it launched.

I hope to utilize this feature in the future on a regular basis. I also hear there will be a live chat feature, although it only works if I am online when my customer is too. Although, you may always contact me through email.

I do not have a planned email announcement but I read an article recently that I want to mention. More women are being diagnosed with lip cancer now and doctors are pointing to shiny lip glosses and balms. I know, I was shocked too!

Apparently, they attract the sun, go figure.

What they suggest is to apply SPF to the lips before you put your balm or lip gloss on.

Keep safe, and shop happy.
